Here is the USDAs latest Land Values Summary Report 2024 for our Midwest Reporting states –
Our Corn Belt States: Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, and Ohio, cropland values climbed by an average of 4.5% to $8,560. The average cropland value in our Northern Plains states: Nebraska, North Dakota, and South Dakota was $4,040 per acre, an increase of 6.6%.
